We offer Small Group Fitness Conditioning classes geared to men and women of any age or fitness level where everyone in the group is challenged to their personal abilities and needs. All classes are booked online as well as to purchase MONTHLY pass packages. Mix and match your classes! 22 classes per week.

The Revolution Combo workout is designed to improve your overall fitness, meet your athletic goals and create a body that moves and functions efficiently for the daily demands of life. Each workout will vary, starting with a dynamic warm up to increase your overall mobility and flexibility in preparation for full-body strength, conditioning, balance, movement, core & mobility exercises combined with various cardio interval training, circuits, intervals or sport conditioning drills.
This class is designed as the above COMBO class with the same great benefits but low impact and less intense. This is the perfect class for those either new or returning to fitness, dealing with injuries and those looking for a slower paced workout class.
Bored of your daily routine? Hit a plateau? Adding a HIIT class once a week to your weekly routine will take you out of that comfort zone and is results driven.
Take your training to the next level and be prepared to SWEAT by combining cardio & strength training drills with fast intense exercise intervals & circuits combined with slow, easy activity or rest period. Train the entire body utilizing weights, tubing, medicine balls, stability balls, TRX trainers, BOSUs & bodyweight!
**Note: this class is a high impact intense workout and a good level of fitness is required to participate.

QUICK, CHALLENGING & HARDCORE is how to describe this amazing butt kicker of a workout.
Starting with a warm up, you will jump into a series of 6 dynamic & isometric exercises each executed for 30s complimented by 30s of active rest [jacks, planks, squats...etc.] - STAK’d until all 6 exercises are complete. Sweat it up with this non-stop 45-minute blast to challenge your cardio, core, power, strength & endurance. All levels welcome. If you haven't tried this awesome class, make sure to ask someone who has!!!

Total-body circuit strength training is the ultimate simultaneous challenge of muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Your ability to exert maximum muscle effort for an extended period with the entire body is put to the test. Let this class be a perfect start to your day or even better to finish your day strong. Either way, you will most definitely leave feeling great!
This is the perfect casual small group class to learn proper lifting form, build a strong body and track your progress. Show up, do the workout provided and leave feeling STRONG! This class is limited to 6 participants.

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. Need a break in the middle of your day to rev up your metabolism? Then you have to try this intense 45minute full body timed boot camp style ‘Circuit Workout’. Imagine the benefits of combining an intense cardiovascular fat burning workout with total body conditioning. Each class will challenge your cardio, core, balance, strength and flexibility.
If this is something of interest to you please contact us. We would love to discuss being able to pick some prime times for you to use your monthly passes for a gym time that the coach will put a Workout of the Day on the whiteboard for you to do in a 45minute session with an 6 person maximum.

When you chose a personal training program at Revolution you will start with a functional assessment that will help your coach measure your current movement mechanics, posture, balance, agility, core strength and overall conditioning. We will discuss your goals, challenges, injuries and nutrition to design a program to meet your personal, athletic and improved health and fitness goals.

Personal Training is available to you during the day with the option of bringing 1 child while you work out. If there is interest in sharing personal training with other momma's, please contact Nicolle and we will work on a plan. xo
An assessment is required prior to all personal training sessions. This allows the coach to perform a postural visual assessment, testing of shoulder flexibility, symmetrical bilateral, functional mobility of the hips, knees and ankles, muscle balance, joint-specific flexibility, core strength and body awareness/proprioception and cardiovascular fitness. This information will determine exercise prescription based specifically on assessment findings and history of previous or current injuries. We will discuss goals, lifestyle, nutrition, habits, hobbies, history and set a plan for success. During the meeting we will review exercise form such as a proper squat, lunge, chest press, athletic stance, core stability and neutral spine?
